Humongous thanks to James and Jessi for taking control of Expansion Broadcast once again during the holiday. Both myself and Shade were preoccupied with our respective families - luckily for us, James and Jessi are orphans who are loved by no one. =)

The show will be back in action this week from Shade’s place in the good old District of Columbia. We have no idea who’s playing just yet but we promise that it will only suck… just a little.

Its coming, its coming… I spoke to Jukata this morning and he said he’ll be uploading everything tonight so with any luck we should have podcast 9 available by midday Tuesday.  Sorry for the delays guys.

Just a heads up everyone, I’ll be playing at Club Hell in the Adams Morgan area of Washington, DC on December 12th. It’ll definitely be a blasty featuring many international acts including Paradox, Robert Manos, and Nucleus.

By the way, just to reiterate, there won’t be a show this week.  I’m still in Orlando and Liam/Shade is still a giant bag of douche.  However, its looking more and more like the BizarroCast hosts, Jukata and Jungle Jessi, will be able to supply another episode of Expansion Broadcast next week.  Once I hear more for sure, so will you.

Great show last week all around. Unfortunately, my copy of Soundforge decided to crap out on me halfway through the show and so only two of the four archives were saved.

Thanks to everyone that came by the show or tuned in. This also marked the first show with a police appearance. No less than FOUR noise complaints! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..

Sorry folks, but we’re not going to be broadcasting this Friday, the 17th of November. I’m going to be out of town at a conference in Orlando (or as I like to call it BOH-lando) and Liam/Shade will be doing… some… thing… I dunno? He talks. I don’t really listen. What can I say? I’m a dick. Yes, I know.

We haven’t decided yet whether or not we’ll be broadcasting on Friday, the 24th. That is of course the day after Thanksgiving so we’ll likely be preoccupied with holiday ‘tings. We will, however, definitely be back on December 1st. Sometime between now and then, we’ll be posting our next Expansion Podcast Studio Mix. This mix of undiluted badness (yes, you heard me - undiluted badness) will be care of Baltimore’s finest, Brandon Riggs. I promise it’ll be massive! (Liam loves it when I say “massive”). The Dems storm the government, and EXBC storms Capitol Hill. This Friday’s show will be the premier at Shade’s new digs in the heart of D.C, starring:

Big show this past Friday. Hollowpoint came through and dropped a well mixed, varied set. He had lots of dubby, lots of techy, and lots of all around goodness.

Up next was myself, IllEffect, keeping it pretty chill and smooth this go around. What can I say, I’ve been listening to that Alix Perez set to death.

Ricky Ricardo was up next with an all dubstep set. It was a very enjoyable set from him as always, however, we did have a minor technical issue (in other words, Kyril turned down the mixer volume) so we lost part of his recording. But what we did manage to capture is available for download.

Finally, Blue Alchemist stepped up properly for his Expansion Broadcast debut. Lots of really soulful tunes and some more dance floor oriented stuff towards the end.

Like I said, big show!
