A jolly good drum & bass/dubstep radio show and podcast! Hurrah!
Darktoieffect, aka Darkenetiks, Hitoi, and myself, kept it running across the board. We started the set off smooth and went every which way from there. You really can’t go wrong with this set.
This was a fun, techtastic set by Alter-Ego. Aside from the occasional smoke breaks where he made me fill in, Alter-Ego kept it runnin from start to finish.
It’s been a quiet week for us but don’t you worry, Expansion Broadcast is back in action this Friday! I’ve been trying to do a tag session with Darkenetiks for quite some time now but it kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Well, once we settled on a date we decided to just go balls-to-the-wall and throw Hitoi into the mix (what a clever pun). We got Altered Alter-Ego opening things up for us so I promise it’ll be a tasty little show - so tune in!
In case you all missed that bubbly green box in the upper left corner of the screen that reads “Sorry folks, no show this week”, here it is displayed in another bubbly box: “Sorry folks, no show this week.” What’s my excuse you ask? Cuz its four-tweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeenty!!!!!!!!!!! Sike. It’s simply cuz I’m a slack ass bitch. Shade is on his way to Amsterdam (coincidently? riiiiight) and I’m gonna stay in tonight, kick it with homegirl and watch The Wire. Not to worry, we’ll be back next week with the reunion of the “DarktoiEffect”.

A solid set from these two assclowns no, I was right the first time, assclowns. Ricky Ricardo even granted my request when I asked for “Punks” by Juju even though Altered’s punkass told me the track is wack. If I was Joe Nice and I had to comment on this set I’d probably say something like Big boy tunes - adults only.
So we’re starting a new podcast posting format on the site. Instead of combining all the podcasts from a show into one post I’m making them separate. “Why?” you ask. Well, cuz it makes it easier on me so I don’t have to create a separate podcast XML file. You likely have no idea what I’m talking about and I can almost guarantee you don’t care. Good! DON’T CARE! See if I care about your XML feeds you silly bitch!

First off let me just say, if you haven’t had a chance to watch this guy, do yourself a favor and get on that. He’s an amazing DJ! Not only is he incredibly technical but he manages to be real fun and clever at the same time. Two big thumbs up for him.
I also want to give a very large plug to a local hip hop group I was introduced to last night called Mathpanda. Come to find out, Joey Muniz (the DJ for Mathpanda) actually first met the rest of group at Expansion Broadcast when he played the show some time ago. Anyway, I’m no hip hop critic so I’m not gonna act like I am but I really do recommend you peep these guys if given the opportunity.
