Expansion Broadcast: Drum & Bass and Dubstep Podcast

It’s been a quiet week for us but don’t you worry, Expansion Broadcast is back in action this Friday! I’ve been trying to do a tag session with Darkenetiks for quite some time now but it kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Well, once we settled on a date we decided to just go balls-to-the-wall and throw Hitoi into the mix (what a clever pun). We got Altered Alter-Ego opening things up for us so I promise it’ll be a tasty little show - so tune in!

Tomorrow night is gonna be awesome. It’s muh birthday. AAAND I just got a huge promotion. AND everything is awesome. AAAND there’s gonna be a shit ton of dnb djs at my house. There will be no order to the madness. DJs will come and go as they please, passing across the decks like wind in the desert of my haunted soul. AWESOME.

People who are probably gonna come play some records at some point: ME, Skandalus, Jungle Jessi, Jukata, Carlo, Hyx, Psykofly, Quannum Logic, Darkenetiks, Hitoi, Hollowpoint Ransom, Brian Arsenault, and maybe even some more. Also, some of those people might not play. It’s a madhouse, NOBODY KNOWS!!!

While I admit I was mildly skeptical of all this it actually to be a shit ton of fun. Thanks to Joey and Ryan at Strangeland Records for being such generous hosts. The entire crew managed to make it out for a proper takeover (as opposed to our “takeover” at Five back in January). Biggup the “fancy beer crew”, the drunk girls that slipped on their ass at the end of the night, “I am a tire”, and all the people that came out to support this night.
