So last night I ventured out to Rock and Roll Hotel to check out someone I’ve been dying to see for quite some time - Kid Koala! First off let me just say, if you haven’t had a chance to watch this guy, do yourself a favor and get on that. He’s an amazing DJ! Not only is he incredibly technical but he manages to be real fun and clever at the same time. Two big thumbs up for him.

I also want to give a very large plug to a local hip hop group I was introduced to last night called Mathpanda. Come to find out, Joey Muniz (the DJ for Mathpanda) actually first met the rest of group at Expansion Broadcast when he played the show some time ago. Anyway, I’m no hip hop critic so I’m not gonna act like I am but I really do recommend you peep these guys if given the opportunity.
